How does my Gothic Dog charm hang from my dog’s collar?
Like any other dog charm or tag. We also include a sterling silver spacer ring that makes moving your Gothic Dog charm from collar to collar very easy. The spacer ring also ensures your dog's charm faces the right way. The decorative bale is also designed to ensure the charm lies flat and forward to be admired.

How do I attach my Gothic Dog charm?
Gothic dog charms are meant as jewelry for your dog and can be attached to any collar you already own; the same way you would attach any other dog charm or tag. We recommend you attach the charm to an actual “collar” and not another piece of jewelry.

How do I care for my Gothic Dog charm?
Gothic Dog charms are exactly like any other quality jewelry you own, and should be cared for in the same manner, consistent with the material of the charm.

What if my dog does not like to wear the charm?
Gothic Dog charms are just like a regular dog tag, but prettier! Unless your dog is unable to wear a normal tag, he or she should be able to don the Gothic Dog charm without any aggravation. Some dogs do not enjoy wearing clothing, which can take getting used to, but unlike clothing your dog should take to his or her charm immediately.

Can my dog wear his or her Gothic Dog charm all the time?
We do not recommend wearing the charm for rough play dates at the doggie park, just for the safety of your charm. However, Gothic Dog charms can be worn like any other dog charm or tag. Only you know the activity level of your pet and the nature of the interaction your pet has with other dogs.

Domestic Shipping
Shipping within the United States is sent via USPS.  There are three options for shipping (1) Priority Mail (2 to 3 days to most U.S. destinations) for $15.75 and (2) Express Mail (next day delivery guaranteed by noon or 3 p.m. to many U.S. destinations includes tracking, proof of delivery, and insurance up to $100, additional insurance for up to $5,000 may also be purchased) for $24.50, and (3) First Class Mail (delivery date depends on destinations) for $11.00, and (4) Parcel Post for larger packages (delivery date depends on destinations) for $14.00.  These shipping and handling amounts are for up to six charms, six Collace^TM, or six sliders per order, or one Le Petit Boudoir per order.  For orders over six Gothic Dog Collection items and wholesale orders, shipping and handling will be determined by size and weight dependent on the order.

International Shipping
Gothic Dog does ship internationally to many countries. Please contact us at orders@gothicdog.com to determine the exact shipping cost to your location.

Sales Tax
Any orders shipped to a California address will be charged the California State Tax of 8.25%.

Returns
Since each piece in the Gothic Dog Collection is handmade, and the Custom Designs are not made until the order is received, the Gothic Dog Collection items are not returnable. All sales are final.  Pupscale^TM Couture, Paws4Awareness^TM and Pupscale^TM Canine are returnable within 14 days of receipt only if unused, in their original condition with original packaging. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to your return.  Shipping and return shipping charges will not be refunded or credited.
